"Fit ran smaller than I expected"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would fit like my other ones, but... it was definitely tighter than expected. I ended up having to exchange it for a larger size.

I ordered a few things from Army Surplus World, the package showed up quicker than I thought it would. I got the tracking info fast too, and everything arrived in good shape. Didn’t have to sit around for days wondering where my order was, which was nice. I’m happy with how quickly they got it shipped out.

"Barely anything worth choosing"
The selection was awful. I don’t know who’s responsible for keeping things stocked or deciding what to offer, but they really dropped the ball. There just wasn’t much to pick from at all.

"Not great for a phone-first shopper"
As someone who does most of my shopping from my phone, this site was a little frustrating to use. It technically works, but it feels clunky. I had to search a few different ways to find what I needed, and some pages were slow or just felt messy on mobile. Checkout also wasn’t as clear as I’d hoped. I did end up finding what I came for, but the whole experience wasn’t very smooth.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
I ordered a few surplus items, the prices were better than what I was seeing at most other places. The quality was solid too, so yeah, I’m happy with what I got.

"I had to send back a jacket..."
I had to send back a jacket because it didn’t fit me quite right. The return took a few days to get sorted, but my refund came through without any issues. Customer service wasn’t the fastest to reply, but they were helpful enough when they did. Based on my experience, I’d order from them again
